Having empathy towards the team and working with them establishes a strong relationship and which will result in a very strong cohesive unit being formed. One of the main traits of any effective or strong Leader is, how approachable he is. An approachable Leader with strong strategy and vision is a successful leader. Leader who creates the environment for his team to be approachable irrespective of all the challenges, issues or suggestions will be able to create a very strong cohesive team. Trust, passion and collaboration will be automatically established when the leader is approachable. Leader should always look at his team as an extended family and be ready to jump in and support any team member based on the need.
