Leadership clubbed with Empathy will results in Effective and successful Leadership. Having empathy towards the team and working with them establishes a strong relationship and which will result in a very strong cohesive unit being formed. There is a big misconception that, businesses and leaders shouldn’t be empathetic as it will result in losing the momentum and not meeting the timelines for the expected results. An Effective leader being empathetic, will immediately work on mitigation plan keeping the priority with each individual then the results will be achieved and at the same time the team will become a very strong cohesive and trustworthy which will go beyond their capabilities to make the leader a successful one. Leadership is not an authority, but it is responsibility. Demanding Leadership is one of the Leadership styles which seems to be aggressive to achieve the desired results. Demanding Leaders work towards achieving the organizational goals with aggressive style and seems to be successful also. Demanding Leaders order and dictates their followers to accomplish their tasks and to be successful always. The team which works under these types of Leaders will always be order takers and accomplishes the results without any innovative or proactive approach/thought process. Earlier days, this sort of Leadership style used to work effectively as the teams used to take orders and perform the tasks. The complete energy of the team is primarily driven by Energetic leader and who always thrives to shield the team from any obstacles.
